Today is the day for our regular Ashton under lyne Jobcentre demonstration. So far we have saved 2 lifes.. As quoted by a lady who grabbed hold of me and hugged me saying “three of my friends committed suicide due to sanctioning and the universal credit scheme. I was going to take my own life but have decided not to because I now know that there is help out there and I’m not alone”.
We are in desperate need of more people coming along, leaflets, a loud speaker ( I currently borrow one ) and any help that’s available. We don’t get any funding from anyone and I don’t have any money.
Please come along to support us we would love that and so would the poor victims of the sanctioning and the universal credit scheme it Ashton under lyne Jobcentre.
